Refund policy

1. Consumer Rights (EU & Latvia)

As an online store based in Latvia and selling to consumers in the European Union:

  • You have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 calendar days from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
  • To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision within this 30-day period.
  • The cooling-off period ends 30 days after the day on which you, or a third party you nominate, receive the goods.

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us at work@goodwithin.lv with your order number and return reason.
  2. We’ll send you instructions and our return address (or a return form).
  3. Ship back the item within 30 days of notifying us.

Returned products must be:

  • In their original condition, unused (only inspected like in a store), and with all original packaging and tags attached.
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (email or receipt).

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned goods:

  • Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of postage).
  • Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
  • The refund will include the product price and standard delivery cost, but not the return shipping cost unless the item was defective, incorrect, or as otherwise required by law.

We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned items or confirmation that they have been shipped back.

4. Exceptions & Limitations

The right of withdrawal does not apply to certain goods, including (but not limited to):

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Perishable items or goods that cannot be returned for hygiene or health reasons once unsealed (e.g., cosmetics, underwear)
  • Digital goods once downloaded or accessed

You remain responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

5. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item is:

  • Faulty
  • Damaged in transit
  • Not as described

Please contact us immediately. We will arrange for repair, replacement, or refund without undue delay and at no cost to you.
