Shipping policy

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to:

  • EU countries

If your country is not listed at checkout, shipping to your location is currently unavailable.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after [cut-off time, 14:00 EET] will be processed the next business day.
  • During peak periods (sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery destination
  • Package weight and size
  • Selected shipping method

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly shown before payment.

We use reliable carriers such as:

  • DPD

Carrier selection may vary based on order size and destination.


6. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order

7. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your order appears lost or significantly delayed:

  • We will investigate with the carrier and assist you as quickly as possible

8. Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  2. Include photos of the damaged packaging and product

We will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with EU consumer law
